DANGER WILL ROBINSON

DAMN DANGEROUS NOTICES

THE GREATEST  MASTER - BAITER OF ALL

DONALD THE ECOLOGICAL DESTROYER

A man fishing for ideas to cover his failures… the supreme fish tale teller of all time… the man who would turn our parks and Eco-systems into coal mines and oil wells and pollute our rivers with coal tailings…

It has gotten into our rivers already, a man who does not care about anything other than himself.  Now he wants to turn the last frontiers into commercial usage.

He wants them open them up for drilling, it’s all about money, the future, the planet, re-election and votes and the people who live there simply don’t count.  He really screwed the coal miners, and people who live near these areas.

Your vote in 2020 might be the last chance for all of us environmentalists who do care about all his destruction…
For a sample of creative Coal Tailings now allowed by the Kahuna of Bullsh*t… SEE wikipedia

Coal mining is a messy business. In parts of West Virginia, Kentucky, and Virginia, mining companies often get at underground coal seams by blowing up the tops of mountains — a process known as mountaintop removal mining. Once that’s done, they’ll dump the debris into the valleys below, which can contaminate streams and waterways with toxic heavy metals.

EDITOR:  Appalachian Voices, an environmental group, estimates that coal companies have buried over 2,000 miles of streams in the region through mountaintop removal mining since the 1990s. And there’s growing evidence that when mining debris and waste gets into water supplies, the toxic metals can have dire health impacts for the people, the fish and other small vertebrates and mostly rural communities living nearby.  When you see Trout with three eyes and ears you’ll know what we mean.

Rural communities? Those are the jerks that voted for Donald, and he repaid them by killing the bills preventing coal tailings.  The naive, dumber, under-educated get dumber every year…wear those red hats making America Great, cheer at the rallies, not so great anymore.  Half the protections put in place and the committees removed by T-RUMP is why we have a frickin idiot in the WhiteHouse telling us to drink bleach. He removed half the safeguards from the CDC and no we have lost 52,000 Americansd so far.

Old Sage says:  It takes two to tango, true. He’s a scumbag and you voted for him.
Old Sage says:  You get what you paid for, you elected a crook, you get robbed.

OUR GATORS CAN BE DANGEROUS
•   And a couple of Gators, the Marshmallow Connoisseurs, ( thats what idiots feed them)  Fred and Harriet live in our Golf Community ponds which we do not feed since there are brown bunny Rabbits, Armadillos, Fruit Rats, and enough ducks, Muscovy’s and Mallards. Too many Muscovy’s at times since the Muscovy’s will poop all over your drive and it takes sand blasting to remove the stains. Our gators claim the land from the water to eight feet  on land.  It’s the Gators primarily but we also have had visits by Coyotes commonly citified here in the county, Eagles, and… most dangerous the Bad Drivers…

( Cue the Fanfare please)

BAD DRIVERS

•  The drivers in Florida who are the most dangerous part of the environment.  We just fished one out of the pond, next to the practice tees and bordering the new pond construction.  Voila! A car upside down in the canal who parked where the signs said  NO PARKING.

Mr. idiot did not pay attention, the soft bank let loose and that Hyundai went waterboarding with him in it.  Just so he didn’t have to walk fifty feet from the lot to the practice T’s.  Editor Comment:   A true Schmuck! The car is a loss and his golf bag is ruined plus a tow bill and hospital visit.  Oh and a ticket

CAUTION:  Florida has two deadly and stupid laws or lack thereof.  No Vehicle Inspections, and mail in drivers licenses, with no sight or competency required.  Combine a bad car with a 90 year half blind driver and bad reflexes and you see why we are numero uno in collisions between cars and mobile homes.  Yes, they park sometimes in living rooms of mobile homes. We have more mobile homes and more sight impaired drivers

I’m not making this up.  In the past three years two Motor Vehicle Tax and Tag office waiting rooms were used as parking lots with people injured.  Brought new meaning to the driver whose instructor told her to park close to the front door.  He said the front door not the waiting room.  Both were suspended and told to come back in six months for another evaluation. Hopefully those injured had a full recovery.

MAN CRITICALLY ILL IN HONG KONG AFTER EATING PUFFER FISH

•  Normally this would be on my Food Website,  and this may be halfway around the world , but we have an abundance of Sushi/Sashimi shops in Florida and they might offer puffers, AKA  blowfish on the menu.

Also it is very commonly caught here in Florida.   As a food critic writer and food investigator, many Far east restaurants do not follow many of the rules and especially Chinese Buffets.  SEE WWW.aljacobskitchen.com   A man is in a critical condition in a hospital in Hong Kong after consuming puffer fish he caught and suffering suspected tetrodotoxin poisoning.

The 65-year-old man developed facial numbness, general weakness and respiratory failure about two hours after eating cooked puffer fish he caught in local waters for lunch at home earlier this week. He should have gone to McDonalds

He went to the accident and emergency department of Prince of Wales Hospital (PWH) on the same day as he ate the fish and was then admitted to the intensive care unit of PWH for further management.

PUBLIC WARNING

The Department of Health is investigated the suspected poisoning case and reminds the public not to consume puffer fish, also known as globefish, fugu, or blowfish.   Puffer fish may contain tetrodotoxin. It is mainly found in the eggs, liver and skin. This fish must be cleaned and prepared properly so that organs containing toxins are removed and do not cross-contaminate the edible flesh of the fish.  It and members of its specie are world wide.

DEATH BY FISH

A CHP spokesman said consumption of puffer fish is the main cause of food poisoning from tetrodotoxin, a potent water-soluble neurotoxin that can affect the central nervous system.

A predator that manages to snag a puffer fish before it inflates won’t feel lucky for long. Almost all puffer fish contain tetrodotoxin, a substance that makes them foul tasting and often lethal. To humans, tetrodotoxin is deadly, up to 1,200 times more poisonous than cyanide. There is enough toxin in one puffer fish to kill 30 adult humans, and there is no known antidote. Sharks are the only species immune to the puffer fish’s toxin. They can eat puffer fish without any negative consequences.

“Being heat-stable, the toxin does not decompose upon cooking, boiling, drying or freezing. Tetrodotoxin intoxication can cause problems in respiration or circulation and is potentially fatal. There is no known antidote or antitoxin. Members of the public are advised to avoid purchasing and preparing puffer fish or unknown fish for consumption to prevent tetrodotoxin-related food poisoning,” he said.

It has also been isolated from other species including goby, shellfish, California newt, parrotfish, blue-ringed octopus, starfish, angelfish, and xanthid crabs.

Patients with tetrodotoxin poisoning usually develop symptoms within 30 minutes to six hours of ingestion. These may include nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting, abdominal discomfort, numbness in the face, muscle weakness and slurred speech and cardiovascular effects including hypotension, bradycardia and arrhythmia. If the victim survives the first 24 hours, they are expected to fully recover as toxin can be expelled from the body through urination.
